[ILQSO] map update Oct. 10

Hi Jim:

I revised my route before I got to IQP and did run Jackson, Perry,
Randolph, Washington  and finished with Monroe, St. Clair, Madison,
Calhoun, Greene and Jersey.  What a lousy route HI!

I was so far from my route home, I stopped the contest after Jersey and
drove back to Route 57 Sunday Night.

This is the second time I revised my route to get a specific county or
two... hope someone needed Monroe and Calhoun!
