[ILQSO] K9IUA/m - possible addition of Winnebago

After talking with my wife, there is a chance
I may start with Winnebago County, which would
make my operation 5 counties.  I won't know
until later this morning when I leave Dubuque to get
positioned.  I have to swing up through Wisconsin
to drop off the kids at church (where my wife is
a pastor), and then head down to N. Illinois.  It will
depend on when I reach Freeport and whether I 
continue south to Ogle County or southeast to 
Winnebago County first.  As a solo operator/driver,
I have to operate stationary mobile in each county,
with limited SSB operation between stops.  I will
be primarily 20m (mostly CW, but possibly some SSB),
with maybe 15m if good early on, and possibly some
40m in Jo Daviess.
