[ILQSO] packet/Internet spots in ILQP

Hey boys, (& gals)

Be sure to make use of the internet/telent spots of the IQP stations this 
Sunday!!

While it is nice to spot us fixed/portable stations, be sure to concentrate 
spotting the mobiles, if you work' em, spot 'em, because they might not be 
there long!

If you hear  a fixed station, spot him, because the non-contest, out of state 
, or out of USA county hunters actually look for us, & provide us with alot 
of QSO's. Also, the more spots put up, the more publicity for us all.  I have 
Writelog set up, & will spot all mobiles that I can.
