[ILQSO] map update Oct. 10

The following changes to the map will be included in the new listing I send
to Joe on Sunday: (along with any others sent to me by mid-afternoon Sunday)

Douglas:  KJ9C/M will get this one at his next-to-last stop

Madison:  W3DYA/M will get this late in his route; W9GKA is fixed there

Clinton and Bond:  N9JF/M's last two; will skip some earlier ones if
necessary to get these

Edwards and Wabash:  N9JF/M, early in the day; Wabash is one of the
"corners", Edwards by 1900Z.

Monroe:  W3DYA/M, about mid-contest.

Henderson:  two fixed stations have come out of the woodwork:  WB7BNL and
KA0FBJ; make them feel welcome!

This still leaves a bunch of counties between Chicago and Peoria; c'mon
guys!
