[ILQSO] NG9R/m proposed route

I plan to operate mobile from the following counties in the order listed:

Scott
Morgan
Sangamon
Mongomery
Christian
Shelby
Moultrie
Piatt
Macon
DeWitt
McLean
Logan
Tazewell
Mason
Menard
Cass
Schyler
Brown
Adams 

There is a slight chance I will start in Pike or Calhoun, then do the 
remaimder of the list, depending on the schedule of a couple of others.  I 
am also open for picking up a couple of other counties that may be adjacent 
to what is on my proposed route, if there is a need.
Operation will be mainly SSB and I will have antennas for 75, 40, 20, 15 and 
2 meters with the majority of the time spent on 40 meters.
I am also playing with the idea of a horizontally polarized 40 meter antenna 
on the Suburban, any suggestion?
