[ILQSO] correct call is K9IUA/m

John, Jeff, and others:

The correct call for my mobile op in northwest
Illinois is K9IUA (as in Illinois' Upstanding
Anderson).  On the map the counties are correct
(Ogle, Carroll, Stephenson, and Jo Daviess), but
the call is wrong.  Thanks in advance for correcting
this.
