[ILQSO] KF9D/mobile Plan

Hello All,

Here is the planned route for KF9D/mobile for the IQP.  Driver W9HB and I 
plan to run the counties in the following order:  

Washington, Randolph, St. Clair, Perry, Jackson, Union, Alexander, Pulaski, 
Massac, Johnson, Williamson, Franklin, Jefferson, Marion, Clay, Effingham, 
Fayette, Shelby, Christian, Montgomery, 20 counties total. Hopefully this will 
help to fill in some of the southern counties.

The plan is to operate on 80 - 15 meters, possibly some 10m, and 146.49 
simplex, concentrating on 40 and 20 meters. Nearly all the operation will be on cw, 
except for 2m FM, of course.
