[ILQSO] revised score for four county station

Hi guys,

Well, when an old-timer uses old-time rule sheets he gets in a mess.  
When I figured the score for KN9T/p I used a previous year's rules sheet
and assumed no changes for this year.  Thanks to K9WAand KF9TL and their
sharp eyes I must change the claimed score.   The problem was caused by
one sentence, "However, IL 2/3/4   county border stations may count only
1 qso (not 2/3/4) per contact
toward this extra multiplier."    that sneaked into this year's rules and
my overlooking same.
  
I never was comfortable with the old rule as it really caused inflated
scores but if we all obeyed the rules as then written, we at least all
got sorted out correctly. 

Anyhow,  let's try it again,  here is the score run up by KN9T and N9GZ
at their 4-corner spot:
