Since Mike,KN9T and myself are planning the portable operation
from WBGO BOON OGLE DEKB four corners this year, this leaves Putnam
county without any ops for this small and rare county in North Central
Illinois. Any mobile/portable stations would be a welcome addition. I
usually run this home county but was invited to attempt to replace W9DY
this year. Big shoes to fill!!!! (I'll make you proud, Bud!) The ILQP
is sneaking up on us so any mobile stations might want to consider zipping
through Putnam County. Thanks,  Mike, N9GZ
