[ILQSO] Requests /M IL county QSLs

To DX stations participating in IQP,

Last year we had increased participation in the IQP by DX stations.
I am still getting alot of QSL requests from DX stations via the ARRL =
bureau.

When sending QSL requests, PLEASE LIST THE COUNTIES ON THE CARDS !! It =
would help the confirming stations in processing your requests.
