[ILQSO] 8 per co mults

Hey gang, 

I can't EVEN believe I turned down PACKER tickets, at St.Louis, in order to 
do this years' ILQP. DOH!!!

Tickets were bad anyway! ;-)

Has there been any movement to ammend the rules about the 8 QSO per county 
mult, for Il stations, or do I need to prepare to get my can kicked again by the 
Chicago area stations, lining locals up & working them on 160-2???

Keeping it for out of staters is a good idea, but, we need to deal with this. 
Or else I'm going to need to start lining up my locals to get on & work me 
with thier dummy loads on 160 thru 2.....please don't make me stoop to doing 
that!

Looking forward to it, & counting the weeks!
