[ILQSO] NG9R/M proposed ILQSO route

I hope  to be operating the ILQP mobile from the counties listed below.  I
hope to activate a different county each 30 minutes (roughly), with the
exception of Piatt to Dewitt, which will probably be closer to an hour.  All
times local time.  I am open to suggestions if there is a need for something
close to my proposed route.  I will most likely operate phone only, 20 & 40
meters, unless I can get a cw op to ride along with me to help .

The later in the day it gets, the larger the margin of error in my schedule.
