[ILQSO] website?

As I recall, the rule which has been in place allowed
you give out all 2, 3, or 4 counties if you are within
100 yards of the actual intersection.  This caused
some discussion and uproar, but it was adopted to
prevent people from having to operate in dangerous
locations, like in the middle of a highway
intersection, or in the middle of a river.  Is my
memory correct on this, or am I just very delusional
and hallucinatory?

Jeff, glad to see that you are going portable.  What
three county intersection are you hoping to activate?
