I would think that there is a way to get "legal" QSLs.
If you work someone on a 4 county line, have them
send 2 QSLs-1 with 2 of the counties, and 1 with the
other 2 counties listed on it. Same for a 3 county
line. If parts of the antenna are in all 4 counties
then it should count. I would think that the bigger
issue is the rule stating "within 100 yards of a
county line" is OK to count for both counties. I
could send you a 2 county QSL-ok by county hunter
standards, and never actually be in one of the
counties.
