[ILQSO] Why not QRS?; more

I appreciate the kind words from W2SR and N9JF.  What N9JF didn't mention
was that he was one of my Elmer's over the years who helped me learn how to
send good code.  Jim is one of the best CW op's I know and has helped many
area hams pass their code exams.

And you can't believe how much of a cheerleader he is for the ILQP -- he'll
be sending out a message in the next few days reminding us to put the 2003
date on our calendars!
