[ILQSO] NY4N / P9 scoring questions

Need a clarification on scoring. Say, for example, I made 200 total contacts 
from a four county location. Does that mean I can multiply 200 x the number 
of counties, 4 , for 800 total QSO's?  Thanks  NY4N  Jeff
