[ILQSO] Lake, Cook, Dupage, etc?

Looking at the coverage map, seems as if the
whole Chicago area is short of coverage- I
would be willing to go mobile to these counties,
but I am curious- does the lack of advance
coverage mirror the activity e.g. will there be no
one on from Lake, or are there so many hams
who will activate them that no one bothered to
register? Finally, does anyone care? The collar
counties have to be among the least desired
from a county hunters perspective.
I could hit the McHenry/Lake/Cook corner,
then head down to the
Kane/DuPage/Will/Kendall corner. Any
thoughts or comments?
Otherwise, I will just give McHenry to the
deserving!
