Did someone mention that Lake County is not being
represented?  I find that hard to believe.... but I am
considering modifying my start point to be the county
line of McHenry and Lake ...... and then i'll continue
on
with my orig plan:

McHenry / Lake  -- 1800z - 1815z  ssb then cw
McHenry -- ssb only while in motion
McHenry / Kane -- ssb then cw
Kane  -- ssb only while in motion
Kendall -- ssb then cw
Grundy -- ssb then cw
Livingston -- ssb then cw
Ford -- ssb then cw
Champaign -- ssb then cw
Piatt -- ssb then cw
DeWitt -- ssb then cw
McLean -- ssb then cw
Woodford -- ssb then cw
Marshall -- ssb then cw
LaSalle -- ssb then cw
Putnam -- ssb then cw
Lee -- ssb then cw
Ogle -- ssb then cw
Winnebago -- ssb then cw
Boone -- ssb then cw
McHenry -- ssb then cw

You can see i've changed my mine regarding modes.  
I've decided to attempt a min of 8 Q's in each mode 
per county before i switch modes/bands/county.  You
can guess my reasons for the 8Q minimum if you've
read the ILQP rules. :)

I also may lump more counties together via
county lines.  It just depends on the roads..

I will bring my tuner to use with my 75m hamstick
so i can try some 80m cw after dark.  Any suggestions
as to when to try 80cw??

About 9pm I finally got around to testing my power 
inverted (for powering the laptop) and found it to be
non-functional!!  A quick trip to the 24-hour Meijer
saved the day.
