[ILQSO] NG9R/M schedule for IQP

Thanks to my wonderful wife, KA9VIM, for agreeing to drive for me this year,
I will attempt the schedule listed below.  If I am running behind schedule
very much, I may drop Piatt since it is covered by other stations. I may
also take a quick swing into Macoupin before Montgomery if I have the time.
The later in the day, the greater the possible error in my projected
schedule.  Planned operating frequencies are 7.290, 14.290, 21.290, 28.390
and 146.550.  I expect to spend most of my time on 40 or 20 meters.
