[ILQSO] ilqp module

A couple of people have emailed me regarding
a problem in selecting their IL county with
my ILQP module for WriteLog.  If you are not
able to select your county from the list in
the setup dialog -- (ie: the list is empty)
then you have installed the module into the
wrong directory!  It *must* be installed into
the same directory as WriteLog was installed
into... and specifically the directory where
WriteL32.exe resides.  Technically, only the
ilqp.ini file needs to be in that directory..
but you're best off re-installing the module
into the correct directory.

If you have any problems with the module, 
please email me direct and i'll fix u up. The
module has been well tested and hopefully it
is bug free!  :)

I've secured the use of a laptop for this
weekend so now i'll actually get to use my
own ILQP module while i'm running my 18-cty
mobile route!
