Hi, John.

Glad to hear you'll be on the air from OK. All of us in IL will be 
eagerly searching for you!

Our intent is that the club category is for IL clubs and their local 
members. Since Oklahoma is quite far from IL by any measure, I'd have 
to say that you can't apply your score toward GRVARS. Sorry 'bout 
that. Maybe we'll have to adopt an official distance limit next year. 
Thanks for your continued interest in the ILQP even from your new QTH.
