Yep, once you work somebody from a county, that's  it for them on that band
and mode *from that county* for credit.  However, by changing bands and
modes pretty often, it's not much of a problem.  Just takes a little editing
of the logs when the contest is over.

By all means, do CW, whatever your speed.  I've been telling the local club
members, "If you find me and can't copy my 26 wpm, send a nice slow
"di-di-dah-dah-di-dit" and I *will* slow down!"
