[ILQSO] questions

Questions from a first time IQP mobile op:

1> If I operate from X - Y - Z county corner, after I leave this corner and
drive through Y county can I work the same station(s) again? (On the same
mode that is, I realize I could work them on SSB from the 3 cty line and
then work them on CW from the Y cty)

i.e. Looking at the map this AM, appears Logan/DeWitt/Macon is possible, was
planning on then going through DeWitt to Piatt, can I only work stations
while in DeWitt that I hadn't worked from the 3 cty line? 

2> For you CW guys: My CW leaves a lot to be desired, if I call CQ at 14
wpm, am I going to be wasting my time? Been practicing with TR in
anticipation of SSCW but I am not confident enough (yet) to go much above
this speed. I realize rate will suffer (rate is not a concern really for me,
no expectations to win anything) but I am more concerned with getting
correct copy w/o many repeats. 

Got a cpl free hours yesterday and took the mobile out to work the PA QSO
party, tried to mention the IQP every QSO I made, hope they reciprocate the
effort, :)  PAQP goes for a few more hours today, if ya can get on and make
a Q and publicize IQP if you can.
