[ILQSO] update

With two weeks to go:

E-mail publicity has been sent to the SMC reflector, '01 and '00
participants, and the County Hunter web.

Two big QSO parties are scheduled for the next two weekends:  California
this weekend and Pennsylvania.  If you get a chance, work a few of those
guys and say,"See you the 20th in the Illinois party, OK?"  Lay a guilt trip
on 'em :)

There are a few counties "unclaimed", and many more needing additional
coverage:

Calhoun: NA9Q/M may start there.  He won't know until a few days ahead.  If
not, W9FGH will leave his 3-county corner in time to do CALHOUN/PIKE for the
last couple of hours.

Knox: Nobody yet.  It has been hit by two or three mobiles each IQP in the
past.  I've asked K9WA/M to consider it. (Didn't mean for that e-mail to go
to the whole reflector...sorry....)

Putnam: Nobody yet.  I've asked N9OH/M to consider it.

Cumberland, Crawford, Effingham, Jasper: Nobody yet.

Lake, Cook, DuPage, Will: You guys must figure we don't care ? :)

We still need CW operations from several counties that will have SSB
activity.

The really good news is that KJ9C, W1NN and W3DYA have all indicated plans
to come to IL from out-of-state.  They are still deciding on their routes.
Fellas, we REALLY appreciate your extra effort!!!

    I'm still trying to do a bit of arm-twisting with K8MR, W9OP, W9MSE,
W0GXQ and WT9U to come and join the party.

    When you talk to out-of-staters during the next two weeks, remind them
of the "edible awards" and the certificates available.
