[ILQSO] QRP County Line Portable?

Looking for a rules interpretation here. I operate QRP and thought I'd do 
some camping and portable ops the weekend of the IL QSO Party. I plan to be 
somewhere south/southwest of Chicago, i.e. Will, Kankakee, Grundy, or 
Iroquois counties. If I set-up on a county line (wire antenna crossing the 
border) can I enter the QRP category and still give/get multiple QSO/county 
credit for each contact, or must I enter as a County Line Portable? I hope 
this adequately explains my question. Guidance from the RAMS committee or 
others would be appreciated.
