[ILQSO] County line operation for W9EBK and N9HHE

I know someone has kept track of counties that should be active during =
the ILQSO Party. I would like it to be known that N9HHE and W9EBK are =
planning to operate from the Cass-Morgan County line this year. 20 and =
40 phone for sure, 20 and 40 CW likely. Others bands, we will see! Cass =
County will not be silenced, as it was last year.
