The Illinois QSO Party is 2 months away.  Are your plans for the event
complete?  Post them to the reflector!

I'd like to challenge every active club in Illinois to activate:

    Two fixed stations in every county surrounding the club's center.
    One mobile station.
    One county-line portable station.

    WIARC will commit to meet, or exceed, this goal.

    With this kind of participation and some good out-of-state mobiles, we
can easily put all 102 counties on the air.  Right now, we know we need some
more participation from the area to the east and south of St. Louis.

    Can we count on the usual contingent of super-mobiles from out-of-state?
W9MSE?  W3DYA? W0GXQ?  KJ9C?  W9HB?  W1NN? K8MR? WT9U? NE0P? (I know I'm
forgetting somebody...please don't take offense....).
