Dear Cook County ARES® Members and Friends:

Please consider helping the Illinois Radio League
with their public service event this coming
Thursday evening, 5 June 2014.  I'm forwarding
this announcement from Jerry Watts K9LOT,
president of IRL.  If you are available to help or
have questions, please contact Jerry directly.

>  On the 5th of June, New Lenox will have a Night
>  Race called "Chasing the Sun". We are looking for
>  those that want to help with this event. It is
>  normal Communications for Races we do for local
>  events.

>  Thursday June 5th with the Chasing the Sun 5K Run
>  and Fitness Walk.  The race starts at 7:00pm and
>  starts in the New Lenox Commons

>  With a 7:00pm start time, we should be done by
>  8:00pm.  Everyone is invited back to the New Lenox
>  Commons for the post-race family friendly party
>  which will include entertainment and music
>  provided by 101.9, The Mix.

>  The time of Set up will be 5:30pm for the main
>  communications team. Show up for all is no later
>  than 6pm.
