[ILHam] Hamfest Tomorrow - St. Charles, IL

The 2012 WCRA Mid-Winter Hamfest will be held at the Kane County Fairgrounds
Exposition Center in St. Charles, Illinois on Sunday, January 22, 2012.
This is the same location as last year!  Hamfest hours are 8am to 1pm and
there will be plenty of FREE parking.  The fairgrounds are located on west
side of Randall Road between Illinois Rt. 38 and Illinois Rt. 64. Talk-in is
145.31/R (107.2) and 146.52 simplex.

This year's forums include:

- At 9:30am, Rob Orr, K9RST, will present a program about the Chicago
Marathon and amateur radio.

- At 10:30 ARRL Central Division Director Dick Iseley will hold a town hall
meeting.

- At 11:30 FRRL Repeater Chairman Dick Illman, AH6EZ will present a program
on IRLP and Echolink.

VE Testing will run from 0800-1200.  Please check-in no later than 1100 if
you wish to test.

Tickets are $10 at the door.  Tables, if available, are $35 or $40 with
electricity.  Everyone at your table must have a hamfest admission ticket.
Children under 12-years of age are admitted free.
