Thank you Chuck, for your hard and diplomatic work on this. Just recently, Chuck and I spoke on the phone and Chuck was a real pleasure to speak with. Let's not forget however, that it was me who contacted D'Amico's office and saw to it that he understood how important this was and his office called me back to inform me that he was indeed in the act of making this amended version of the bill happen. 

In the end, credit is due to many people and in the end, it was all of us as a united front as stated by Richard that made this happen. Chuck was the inside force we needed in regards to State House advocacy. Yes, lessons were learned here, but we know better from this day forward and can use this lesson for better things going forward.
