Want to possibly 'drive' a bit more traffic/visitors to your FD site?
Then put it on APRS!

Bob Bruninga has posted some excellent information on how to setup an
object that will show mobiles, or those using aprs.fi, findu, etc. where
your site is, and any other (brief) information that you want to share.
If you want to see an example, go to aprs.fi or findu.com and search for
FD*...look for FD-FRRL. it shows where it is (Johnson's Mound FP) and
our talk-in freq., the FRRL 147.210 repeater.

This can be done in several ways, but all involve using a static object
Location track with the key 'FD-XXXXXX', coordinates of your site, and
optionally frequency info if you have a talk-in station. For a KPC-3,
the line will look something like this...

;FD-FRRL *111111z4151.87N/08825.74W;147.210MHz T103.5 W9NE 8A

This would go into the LT1 slot. There are a few other things that need
to be added. If you are running a D700/D710, it can be done simply also.
