Rose  Garden Restaurant 
199 S State St, Hampshire, IL 60140 

Please  contact us at least 24 hours prior to the session to let us  
know  if you will be attending. If we haven't had any committments  
by  then the session will be canceled. Sorry, our VEs travel a long  
way  to the session and it's a weeknight.  

You  will need to bring: $14, a photo id, proof of Social Security  
Number or a FRN, original license if any, and any prior CSCEs.
