[ILHam] Elmhurst-based York Radio Club meets Sept. 18

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT:

The Elmhurst-based York Radio Club will hold its monthly meeting on Friday, Sept. 18, at 8 p.m. The gathering is free and open to all.

This month's meeting will feature R. Kent TeVault, W9NDW, the DuPage County ARES Emergency Coordinator. Kent will update club members on current and future ARES activities.

The meeting will be held at a new location, the Community Bank of Elmhurst, located at the corner of Butterfield Road (Route 56) and Spring Road.

The club offers testing for all amateur licenses before the meeting at 7 p.m. For more information, go to www.yorkradioclub.com.
