[ILHam] Elmhurst-based York Radio Club meets Nov. 20

MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT:

The Elmhurst-based York Radio Club will hold its monthly meeting on Friday, Nov. 20, at 8 p.m. The gathering is free and open to all.

This month's program will feature a presentation by former YRC member Bob Patzlaff, W9JQT, on his "Rockless QRP." Bob's work can be seen on the cover of the November 2009 issue of QST.

The meeting will be at the Community Bank of Elmhurst, 330 W. Butterfield Rd. (at Spring Road). The club offers testing for all amateur licenses before the meeting at 7 p.m. For more information, go to www.yorkradioclub.com.
