The Evanston Amateur Radio Community will be offering a class after Field Day 
for those interested in getting a General Class license.

The class will require that the students read the ARRL license manual PRIOR 
to the class.

As instructors, we can order these books at a discount. If you or anyone you 
know is interested in getting one of the ARRL General Class license manuals 
for $20 (ARRL charges 24.97 plus shipping), please contact Scott Irwin, W8UFO, 
at w8ufo at arrl.net or 847-492-3456. Your pick up of your book will be arranged 
at the end of next week.
