[ILHam] Test Session

The ILLIANA RADIO CLUB is going to start
having ARRL/VEC test sessions once a month
on the second Thursday of the month.  Weekend
testing is well covered but there's a need for
week night testing.  Here's the information on
the upcoming test session.
