To Illinois Hams:

ARRL Field Day is THIS WEEKEND.  

Field Day is many things to many people: 

  a emergency communications exercise;

  a contest;

  an opportunity to enjoy aspects of ham radio for
  which your home station may not be equipped;

  a chance to learn new operating and installation
  techniques useful in field operations;

  and a place to rekindle old frienships and form
  new ones, while enjoying our fantastic late-June
  weather.

Most club/group Field Day operations welcome
