RM-11306, the so-called 'Regulation by Bandwidth' ARRL petition to the
FCC, has been WITHDRAWN by the League.

This has been a subject of spirited debate. pitting those who believe
that the advance of new technology is being hindered against those who
believe that the ARRL is trying to legislate CW away.

Everyone please retreat to a neutral corner...
