[ILHam] Illinois QSO Party Oct 22

The Illinois QSO Party will be taking place next Sunday, Oct. 22, from
12 noon until 8:00PM local time.  We invite all to join in.  This is an
excellent time to see how the station is working after the relative
inactivity this past summer, a chance to brush up on our emergency
preparedness and a quick practice for the upcoming contest season.

We are attempting to see that all 102 counties in Illinois are activated
and due to a dedicated group of top notch mobile operators, it looks
like it may happen again this year.
