[ILHam] York Radio Club meets Nov. 17

MEETING ANNOUCEMENT:

The Elmhurst-based York Radio Club will hold its
monthly meeting on Friday, Nov. 17, at 8 p.m. The
gathering is free and open to all.

This month's meeting will feature various
intersections between ham radio and the Internet,
including voice over IP.

The meeting will be held at the Elmhurst Fire
Department Training Facility, 910 N. Addison Ave., two
blocks south of Grand Avenue and one block west of
York Road.

The club offers testing for all amateur licenses
before the meeting at 7 p.m. For more information, go
