Directions:
>From Route 45:
Rt 45 south to Court St (Rt 17)
Turn right onto Court St West to Wall St
(Wall is the first red light after the Kankakee River bridge)
Turn left (South) on Wall,
South about 3 blocks to River St,
Right (West) on River, drive 2 blocks,
St John's is on the right side of the street.

>From I-57:
I-57 to Court St (Rt 17)
Take Court St West to Wall St
(Wall is the first red light after the Kankakee River bridge)
Turn left (South) on Wall,
South about 3 blocks to River St,
Right (West) on River, drive 2 blocks,
St John's is on the right side of the street.

KARS test sessions are ARRL/VEC testing sessions

Starting January 1, the fee charged
all applicants at ARRL VEC-coordinated
Amateur Radio test sessions is $12 for the year 2003.

This fee is charged to anyone applying
for a new amateur license or
upgrading their operating privileges.
Applicants failing an exam element
at ARRL sessions where examiners
permit retesting on the same exam
element also must submit a retest fee of $12.

The multiple choice code tests are no longer available.
All CW tests are comprehensive or fill-in-the-blank since license
restructuring.

Please be aware you must produce two forms of
positive I.D including photo ID, i.e. driver's license.

Since restructuring the above fee also applies to element 1, "5 wpm
code".

Please be prompt !
If few people show we will service those that
show and close up shop soon afterward.

Walk-Ins Accepted Only
ALL Classes Available... Technician, General and Extra
including Elements 1, 2, 3 and 4.
