[ILHam] More Noise

Hi,

I am on the North side of Chicago and work a lot at my QTH and mobile.  I 
have noticed a signal around 14.336 (County Hunters Net) that comes and 
goes at my QTH.  It seems to show up later in the afternoon.  Also, driving 
around the city there are spots where it is S9.  My guess it is "cable" 
related, but haven't had the time to check it out.  We have power and cable 
in the alleys and there are times that if I didn't have a Timewave ANC-4 I 
wouldn't be able to receive anything.
