Hello to KARS,
    Sort of late notice but I expect to be at the Hamfest in
Peotone on Sunday and will be able to check QSL's for DXCC.
I will be subject to the restrictions on Field checkers
no 160 meters, no deleted countries, no QSL dates prior to 1-1-92.
I will be at the ARRL booth from about 9AM to 10:30.
