Dave Klatzco, N9TQA, a very enthusiastic HAM for over 8 years, member of
WAFAR since 1993 and a Board Member for over 6 years, passed away Friday,
January 4th 2002.  Many WAFAR members are licensed today because of Dave's
love of Amateur Radio.  Dave elmered many of us, especially on Morse Code.
You could always find Dave with his "Know Code" nametag at a hamfest or
special event.  He was a Volunteer Examiner for the last few years.  Dave
was a member of the ARRL, and ran for Central Division director in 1998.

Dave was a part owner of Novelty Golf and Games and the Bunny Hutch in
Lincolnwood.  He leaves behind his wife Cassandra and his children Tripp and
Breelyn.
