However, if Lou [ND6W] is still doing Icom repairs, I'd recommend him as
high as possible! He worked on my 775DSP and my rig is flawless.

Lou is a consummate professional. Been going to him for over 20 years. He
is in San Diego, so that probably won't work for you.
