modular plug rather than the 8-pin.

This is an oldie, but goodie.

Of course the IC-230 was the first fully synthesized Icom 2 meter rig.

If you have an IC-230 without the mic this is just what you need!

It is a dynamic mic (no polarizing voltage needed), and has a round 3 pin
connector on it, which of course can be changed.

Icom HM-23 DTMF Hand Held Microphone

Round 8 Pin connector.  Used on Icom 25A grn LED, 28H, 38, 45A, 48, 77, 78,
