my ic-9100 has a problem. just started Saturday (12-13). with the off/on switch ( off ) an power supply cable up to the 9100. the internal tuner is clicking. so when i unplug the P.S. Cable it stop. the Manual say unplug the cable an wait a few mimutes. so i did still have the same problem. try a few times. any type of help. tnx dennis ka9dzr
