[ICOM] Icom 7760 LAN question

So you have found a store that has them in stock? The ones I've seen say probably December stock.

For those who understand such things better than I, would this also allow the remote head to be taken out of the house and connected to the RF desk as long as you had a good wireless internet connection?  Seems that that could be very useful for traveling and such.
