[ICOM] Icom 7760 LAN question

I realize the radio isn't out yet (at least in the US) but the literature for it says this:

"In-house Remote Operation

The IC-7760 can be connected to the control head and RF deck through a wired home LAN network*. This gives the user even greater flexibility of the RF deck. Because of its simple configuration that does not require a PC, the control head of the 7760 can be moved anywhere in the house and operated not only from the shack but also from the living room, etc., as long as a LAN connection is available.

* Communication between the control head and the RF deck depends on the network environment in which it is used. Gigabit Ethernet is required. The control head can be used on a different network segment than the RF deck such as over a network switch."

For those who understand such things better than I, would this also allow the remote head to be taken out of the house and connected to the RF desk as long as you had a good wireless internet connection?  Seems that that could be very useful for traveling and such.
