[ICOM] IC-FR4000 repeater Firmware upgrade cable OPC-1211

I know this is an extreme longshot, but does anyone know the pinout info
for the illusive Icom OPC-1211 cable that is needed to upgrade the firmware
of the FR4000 repeater? It plugs into J12 on the Logic board (so the top
cover needs to be removed to use this cable)
My FR4000 is version 1.2 and the firmware upgrade is to 1.6. The software
is EX-2717.exe Flash Upgrade Utility Software.
I was just hoping that this upgrade would allow me to use the built in CWID
(which apparently doesn't work on v. 1.2) I tried an ID-O-Matic board, but
gave up as I could never get it working with the rear accessory connector
